• This website is not itself the protected ProteonX™ vault-wallet environment, not the private Invescorp World™ environment, and not the ProteonX™ core authority layer.
• Some routes may lead to protected login or request surfaces. Access to those surfaces remains subject to separate controls, policy rules, approval rules, and technical restrictions.

No advice, no guaranteed availability, no reliance right.

• Content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only.
• Nothing on this website constitutes legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, investment advice, fiduciary advice, or a recommendation.
• Nothing on this website should be treated as a commitment that any described feature, service, route, metric, release, allocation, partner lane, or protected workflow will be made available to any person or at any particular time.

Public visibility does not equal public participation.

• Access to private ProteonX™ functionality, including any vault-wallet-protected capability, is restricted and may require account opening, policy approval, identity/compliance steps, technical validation, and further internal controls.
• Entry into, use of, or continued access to vault-wallet-protected areas may be subject to KYC, KYB, AML, sanctions screening, source-of-funds or source-of-wealth checks, risk review, enhanced due diligence, document requests, liveness or identity verification, and related compliance controls.
• Those requirements may vary depending on the user type, jurisdictional profile, nationality, corridor, asset type, activity pattern, counterparty context, service lane, external partner requirements, and other applicable system or compliance conditions.
• Access may therefore be limited, staged, delayed, restricted, suspended, or refused until the required checks are satisfied to the level required for the relevant protected path.
• Where PXN™ or other protected flows are referenced on the public site, those references are informational only unless and until access is expressly granted through the protected vault-wallet path.
• Viewing this website, submitting a request, opening a vault-wallet, or contacting ProteonX™ does not create any right to receive access, services, allocations, or participation.

4. No public offer or public solicitation

No automatic right to participate.

• Nothing on this website constitutes a public offer, public sale, public subscription right, public invitation, or unconditional solicitation to acquire any asset, coin, token, allocation, or service.
• Any restricted participation path, if made available at all, remains private, conditional, and subject to system rules, policy gates, compliance restrictions, operational availability, and final internal acceptance.
• No founder, associate, operator, partner, participant, visitor, or third party acquires any legal or factual entitlement merely by viewing, reading, or interacting with this public website.

5. PXN™-specific notice

Public information does not itself create acquisition rights.

• Where PXN™ is described on this website, the public pages are display-only and informational in nature.
• Any PXN™ acquisition path, if opened, is private and can only be accessed from inside a real ProteonX™ vault-wallet under the applicable protected path and system rules.
• The fixed pre-offer allocation does not create any right to participate, and no person has any right to demand future PXN™ releases.
• After fixed initial allocations, any future PXN™ release, if any, is determined solely by system-governed rules and conditions.

6. Accuracy, continuity and change

Live public build; content may evolve.

• ProteonX™ is built as a live public build in stages. Public pages, wording, metrics, routes, and technical descriptions may be updated, corrected, expanded, restricted, or removed at any time without notice.
• Although care is taken with content and metrics, no warranty is given that all public information is complete, current, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any specific use.
• Protected internal systems, private dashboards, vault logic, and core engine behavior may be more advanced, more restricted, or otherwise different from what appears on the public site.

7. Acceptable use

No abuse, no interference, no hostile probing.

• You must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, probe restricted areas without authorization, scrape protected data, or attempt to bypass access controls.
• You must not use automated tools, scripts, crawlers, bots, or technical methods in a way that burdens, disrupts, enumerates, or abuses the public or protected surfaces.
• Unauthorized attempts to access restricted lanes, protected dashboards, private interfaces, or internal infrastructure are prohibited.

8. Intellectual property and protected materials

Protected names, content and system materials remain reserved.

• ProteonX™, Invescorp World™, Inveschain™, PXN™, INV™, VBC™ and related names, content, system concepts, text, graphics, layouts, and technical materials remain protected to the fullest extent applicable.
• No license, transfer, assignment, or right of commercial exploitation is granted merely by access to this website.

External materials remain external.

• Where external partners, networks, articles, or third-party systems are referenced, they remain external and subject to their own terms, controls, and risks.
• ProteonX™ does not accept responsibility for external third-party content, availability, actions, or representations.

• Specific protected services, restricted workflows, private participation paths, partner relationships, or vault-wallet activities may be governed by separate terms, notices, policy documents, or counterpart documentation.
